Terms & Conditions

Guidelines to follow:
  • Influencers must give deliverables within 5-6 days after visiting the park.
  • Influencers need to share a draft of your content for approval before sharing it on your profile.
  • Influencers need to invite Blueworld profile for collaboration for reels and stories.
  • If the deliverables are not provided as per the form or guidelines, Blueworld will not work with the influencer in the future.
  • Always tag @blueworldpark when you create videos or post images and do not tag any other brand in that particular post.
  • Always copy the names of the rides from our website in case of any confusion.
  • The video to be shared with the brand should be in high resolution.
  • Please share the content via G-drive, mail WhatsApp, we transfer, or any other sharing device for our record purpose.
  • We would like to use the content shared across our digital platforms (social media, ads, and website) only if it adheres to the brand guidelines.
  • Necessary hashtags to be used #blueworld
The influencer should give consent for the following:
  • I grant Blueworld Park a perpetual, transferrable and royalty-free right and license to use the content I create in providing the services for any reasonable purpose.
  • I ascertain to portray Blueworld Park best and not infringe upon the brand image in a negative way.
  • All my content will be my original work and I will not infringe any third party’s rights when providing these services.
